Careers for today as well as tomorrow

Throughout the course of his/her studies, the ENSEEIHT engineer receives a high quality education based largely on general principles and usage as well as on methods of analysis and synthesis such as simulations, models and CAD.

The third year of engineering studies as well as the years of specialization and Masters include an industrial or long-term research project and coursework directed towards the engineer’s future career. This allows the novice engineer to be functional from the start in his/her chosen career.

He/she thus:

      • is a generalist within his field of specialization,
      • has a background in research,
      • has a broad and varied education, for example in Communication and Network Systems, Production, Energetics, Automation, Signal and Image Processing.

The ENSEEIHT engineer therefore has the ability to keep abreast of future developments in science and technology in his/her field and may change careers paths if he/she feels the need to do so.

The ENSEEIHT engineer is in high demand from the industrial sector (annual salary of new engineers is between 32,000 and 35,000 euros) as the school offers sought-after degrees. In fact, the school receives more job offers than the number of engineering degrees granted. They are distributed as follows:

      • 25% - Systems engineer 15%- Research engineer
      • 20% - Project engineer 15% - Management engineer
      • 15% - Production engineer 10% - Technical/Sales engineer
