Application conditions in SATCOM Master of Sciences
Program prerequisites
BSc/BEng degree in electronics, telecommunications. Candidates with a Bsc/Beng in computer science, electrical engineering or a strong experience in tech companies may also be considered.
Direct enrolment in M2 (year 2) for students with a validated M1 curriculum or for continuing education is possible under certain conditions, please contact

Step 1 : admission requirements
- Before to send your file make sure you meet all the requirements listed below
- A bachelor degree in a relevant field
- To be admitted to the programme of study, the applicants must have a relevant bachelor’s degree.
- English language requirements (if your native language is not English): To be eligible to apply you will need to have at least one of the requisites in the list below :
- TOEFL(Test of English as a Foreign Language) or TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition:
- Minimum score of 90 points on the internet based test
- minimum score of 600 points on the paper based test
- IELTS(International English Language Testing Service)
- Academic test with a minimum overall band score of 6.5
- University of Cambridge tests, at least one of the following:
- First Certificate in English
- Certificate in Advanced English
- Certificate of Proficiency in English
- Pearsons Academic English test (PTE): The academic version with a minimum score of 62.
- TOEFL(Test of English as a Foreign Language) or TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition:
- Excellent academic performance: A minimum requirement for admission to all programs is the grade C or better on the ECTS scale. Note that admission is highly competitive.
Step 2 : preparation of documents
You will need all the documents below to successfully apply for the Master ESECA :
- The pages of your passport showing your photo, your full name, your date of birth and your nationality
- 2 Passport photos size
- Results of English language test (if your native language is not English)
- Certified academic transcripts
- Certified copies of academic diplomas
- Curriculum Vitae in English (max 2 pages)
- Short statement of motivation in English
- The SATCOM systems master application form fully completed. Application form Master SATCOM systems (pdf)
Application
f you have successfully followed step 1-2, you can proceed to the application procedure.
- Make a name_of_student.zip with all the documentation listed in step 2.
- Send an email with the .zip file attachment to master_satcom[@]univ-toulouse.fr (master_satcom @ univ-toulouse.fr)
- You will receive a notification of reception one day after your sending .
